


I was hovering over the prepackaged “fresh” mozzarella (the stuff stored in whey and traditionally made from buffalo milk) and was approached by a gentleman who works behind the cheese/olive counter.

The plan was solidified this weekend when I was wandering around the substantial cheese section at my grocery store… They pointed out that you can make any pizza stove-top, and I had been wanting to try this one. Perpetually plagued with an extreme case of the munchies, The Brothers Green introduced this idea to get yummy pizza quick. No oven? Check! The quick and dirty route to delicious, crispy thin-crust pizza just grab a flatbread and do it stove-top!
